Winter Wedding Guest | 3 Complete Outfit Ideas

My husband and I went out over the weekend for the first time in a while! He was the best man in the wedding of two of our best friends. It was such a fun weekend and we are so happy for them! It’s been a while since I had an event to dress up for, so of course I was super excited to put together some outfits. I am sharing below what I wore for the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and even a 3rd option that I had as backup haha! Each of these outfits would be super cute for a winter wedding guest or even just a fun date night.

First up is what I wore to the rehearsal dinner. When I saw this green satin dress I fell in love! The gold accents are gorgeous and the colors mix so well! I got a medium and small in this dress and was much more comfortable in the medium. It’s a wrap dress so you just have to make sure you tie it tight. I also put a safety pin in the top for a little more security. I was SO excited to finally be able to hop on the white boot trend! These boots are so stylish and comfy! I sized down 1/2 a size to a 6 in these. This black jacket was a last minute Amazon find! It was longer than my dress which I love and it kept me super warm. I accessorized this outfit with some gold jewelry and my favorite black mask.

Next up is this gorgeous sweater dress that I wore to the wedding! I love that the length hits right at the knee, and the tie detail is very flattering. I paired this with the same black jacket and my favorite pair of Spanx shapewear. But what I love most about this outfit is the shoes! I’m a sucker for a cute pair of shoes and these were right up my alley! I wore my true size 6.5 and they were surprisingly comfy. I accessorized this outfit with the same black mask and some Kendra Scott jewelry.

Last up is this super cute Amazon dress! I love the off the shoulder style. The only downside is that the material is slightly thin, which is why I decided to wear the red sweater dress instead. But for only $25 it’s a super cute date night outfit! I’m also wearing my Spanx shapewear in the above photo. And I love that even though the dress material is thin, the shapewear is undetectable! I paired it with the same white booties, and would have worn the same jacket and mask had I worn it out!
