It’s officially one month until my husband and I close on our new home. If you’ve been following along on IG then you know this has been a long time coming. But it has been well worth the wait and such an exciting process! Now that we are down to only one month, we have been cleaning up and deciding what is coming with us to the new house vs. what we are going to sell or donate. I’m sharing below five of our must haves bigger items that we are definitely packing for the new house.
Amazon Ladder Shelf
I bought this ladder shelf from Amazon a few years ago when it felt like something was missing from our office. It was my first experience buying furniture from Amazon so I was honestly a bit skeptical. The quality of this shelf for the price is amazing!! It is actually on big sale right now making it only $55. I love the wood shelves mixed with the black frame. I think this is going to match the vibe of our new house perfectly so it’s definitely coming with us!
De’Longhi Dinamica Espresso Machine
This one is probably obvious but we are most definitely brining our De’Longhi Dinamica with us to our new house. I’m actually so excited because we are going to have the cutest coffee nook to put the machine in the new house! Our espresso machine has held up so well over the last few years and makes the best hot or iced coffee. I rarely buy coffee out anymore so it’s definitely a worthwhile investment for us. Shoe Storage Cabinet
My sister gave me this shoe storage cabinet from Wayfair when it didn’t work out for her space. If you know me then you know I’m a shoe girl, so needless to say I love this thing! It fits between 16-20 pairs of shoes and looks chic in any space. We have had it styled in our guest room at our current home. I’m not exactly sure where it will go in the new home yet but it’s definitely coming with us! It’s currently 20% off and comes in several other colors.

Peloton
This won’t be the first or last time I say this… I love our Peloton bike! It has completely changed how much I look forward to working out. There is so much you can do on and off the bike and every workout is truly so fun. Definitely a great investment item! I am also so excited for the little workout area we are planning to create in the new house.
Guest Bed & Mattress
This bed and mattress are two other Amazon finds that were totally worth it! The bed frame is super simple and perfect for our guest room. And this mattress is so comfortable- actually more comfortable than the one we have in our current room haha! We aren’t planning on doing much to our guest room in the new house initially as we have other rooms we want to focus on first. But this bed frame and mattress will definitely be there!
