In the spirit of shopping at small businesses, I thought I would go ahead and publish this blog post on some wedding items I bought from Etsy. I already talked about some items that I bought from Etsy to help with my DIY wedding projects. On this post, I am highlighting 3 other items I bought from Etsy that added a personalized touch to our wedding. Garter Set: I was shopping around for a garter for a few weeks and just couldn’t find what I was looking for at larger department stores. I turned to Etsy and realized that’s where I should have started. This garter set from Alice Bridal Boutique is so gorgeous! It’s hard to tell in the pictures, but the band is actually a light blush color with white lace overtop. I love that it subtly included our wedding color. It’s simple and comfortable to wear, which was exactly what I was looking for. I also love that it came as a set, one to toss and one to keep. I am linking the garter set HERE.
Cake Topper: We opted for a small, simple cake at our wedding in order to have a larger Viennese style desert table. So we wanted to have a simple cake topper to match. This personalized cake topper from CuttsStudio is so affordable (under $20!) You can choose for it to be wood or acyclic (ours is wood), as well as choose from many style and color options. Card Box: This product is a bit of a splurge compared to the other items in this post. But it’s SO worth it! The quality of this box from SweetNCCollective is amazing! Not to mention, it looked absolutely beautiful! In my eyes it served as both the card box and decoration. I definitely think we got our money’s worth because I now use the box to store all of the keepsakes from the wedding. I also loved that this company is based here in North Carolina.
