WellPath | How I’m Staying Healthy in 2021

Anyone else looking for easy ways to stay healthy in 2021? I know I am! And one of the ways I’ve been accomplishing that is by taking my vitamins from WellPath every morning. I know I’ve shared these on Instagram before, but I thought it would be better to put all of the details in a blog post that you can refer back to later. I’m sharing below the benefits of each of WellPath’s vitamins and which ones I personally use! The Immunity Path

  • Boost Elderberry Gummies: These are the first vitamins I began taking from WellPath. They taste amazing so it’s super easy to take them! They are packed with elderberry, zinc, & vitamin C. Take 2 each day to raise your defenses against common cold and flu symptoms.
  • Shield Elderberry Immune Capsules: This immune support supplement comes in a capsule form as opposed to a gummy. I haven’t personally tried these since I truly enjoy the gummies. These capsules also contain elderberry, zinc, & vitamin C, but they also contain echinacea extract and bee propolis extract.

The Body Path

  • Pure Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies: This is the other product from WellPath that I take every day! And I have truly noticed a difference! I’ve always heard great things about drinking a spoonful of ACV every day (but I also heard how bad it tastes so I never wanted to try it). These gummies taste amazing! And they have all of the same benefits, including digestive support, detoxing, and weight management. I have personally noticed less indigestion and fewer upset stomachs (even after a cheat meal).
  • Vital Turmeric Gummies: I have not personally tested these turmeric gummies. But if you suffer from any of these issues, it definitely sounds like they are worth a shot! Ginger root and turmeric work together in these gummies to support joint pain relief, inflammation management, and smooth recovery.

The Stress Path

  • Zen Stress Support Formula: WellPath sent me their new stress support capsules to try and so far, I have only used them twice. I typically combat stress with a walk, date night, or snuggle session with Sunny. But I did try these out on 2 different occasions that I felt particularly stressed about work. I noticed an overall sense of calmness after taking them and I would take them again if needed. I like that you can see all of the ingredients with descriptions on their site.
  • Soothe Adrenal & Thyroid Support Supplement: These last 2 supplements I also have not personally tried. But I did want to include them in case you are in the market for one of these products. The Soothe supplements support a balanced mind, healthy metabolism, increased energy, and stress balance.
  • Rest Sleep Support Supplement: These sleep support supplements are a non-habit forming sleep aid. Valerian root and L-theanine work together to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and feel refreshed in the mornings.

Overall, I can attest to the great quality of the products from WellPath! I don’t go a day without the Boost Elderberry gummies or the Pure Apple Cider Vinegar gummies.
