I shared in my recent blog post about 2024 habits that I’m looking forward to continuing to build my capsule wardrobe with high quality pieces. One of my favorite places to shop for items that will last is Abercrombie. I buy nearly all of my jeans and work trousers from there, especially the Curve Love line! I also love their neutral tops. They are very high quality and versatile so I can pair them with nearly anything. Below is a small Abercrombie haul including a few neutral basics I bought to begin the new year.

I love this monochromatic look for work or even going out. I thought these short sleeve sweaters would be a great basic for spring, but can even be worn now with a jacket overtop. This is my 3rd color of these Curve Love trousers and I love styling them for work. They are super comfortable and flattering.

Another great Abercrombie basic are their skimming tops. I have these in short sleeve and long sleeve. They are super versatile, cropped to the perfect length, and the quality is great. These are also my favorite style of jeans- their Curve Love Ultra High Rise 90s Straight Jean.
Look 3
Here is that short sleeve sweater again in a trendy striped pattern. This is a cute casual outfit for work paired with Abercrombie’s Linen Blend Tailored Pants.
Look 4
This is the skimming tee in short sleeve – the perfect spring/summer basic. Styled with the jeans, belt bag, and sneakers, this is the perfect outfit for running errands.

Lastly is another similar look with the long sleeve skimming top in white. The best part about shopping neutral basics and building a capsule wardrobe is that you can make so many outfit combinations with the same pieces.
